Today was my first day trying to follow WW points again. I ran a bunch of errands but I didn't make it to the gym. My headache has been raging all day long and I just didn't think moving about was the best way to go.
ETA: I did do some arm exercises while I watched the Biggest Loser.

-not bad for my first day and not knowing how many points in the cupcake
-need more veggies
