Today was a good day. I had a good workout and my food was pretty good too. I'm starving still though and I may have to find something elee to eat.
I went to the gym after work and I did Week 2 Day 3 of the Couch to 5K plan. It's been a while since I have done any running and I was not sure I could do it. But I did, and I felt good, but tired doing it. I was on the treadmill for 40 minutes, went 2.40 miles and burned about 400 calories. I soaked in the hot tub after and I was a bit woozy after. Not to mention starving. I was so glad I stopped for a clif z bar on my way to the gym!

total: 26 points not including clementines. I earned 3-4 points for working out so I can find a little something else in a bit to eat since I am ravenous. Running makes me hungry!
