Today was totally a lost day. I slept until 4:30PM! WTF!?!?! I had a really hard time sleeping last night and didn't fall asleep until 4:30am.
I did lose 3 pounds this week! :)
So today I ate, not real meals, not really hungry either. Idk if I'm sick or not or whatever..... I just don't feel right at all. My sleeping schedule got all messed up recently and I guess it is really effecting me badly. I need to get on a schedule and stick to it!
1/2 a bagel
iced coffee
small gatorade
small bowl of cheerios
pumpkin smoothie made with 1/4 cup of pumpkin, 2 small cups of digestive aide vanilla yogurt, a splash of skim milk, scoop of protein powder (IT WAS REALLY GOOD)
