Today was a crappy day. I had major insomnia last night so I didn't sleep much and was too tired to even move let alone workout. I came home and slept from 3-8. I was dead to the world. My gym bag is packed and ready for tomorrow. Hope I am up to it since I feel like I am getting a cold.
