193 this morning! :) The being sick diet works well for weight loss LOL.
Today was the first day I felt I was back into a routine. I got up at a reasonable hour and got things done, and went to the gym. I still do not feel 100% at all. I feel off and on and feel acidy sometimes. IDK. I'm hoping I will wake up feeling just great tomorrow since I got called into work.
At the gym I did 45 mins on the elliptical and came home and did day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. The HRM says I burned 700 cals; I feel that is way high but whatevs. At least it would somewhat balance the ice cream consumption LOL. I found pumpkin ice cream and was nom nom nom about it LOL
