I wasn't even going to work out until I got the email I was chosen to blog. And I realized I wanted to feel as good as I felt last night after spinning. So I headed to the gym where I did Week 2, Day 2 of C25K and kept going it had been 45 minutes as opposed to the 29 minutes of the plan b/c I felt so good.
While I was running I was having trouble with the heart rate monitor reading. I thought there was something wrong with the watch, but then I realized the band around me was slipping and sliding with the sweat. So either its stretched out or I've gotten smaller LOL. I need to adjust it so it's tighter the next time I work out.
My food log is kind of wonky since I didn't sleep and then I napped and my eating was sporadic until dinner time.

dinner:
protein shake with strawberries and digestive yogurt
small piece of homemade pizza
a bit of gelato (I didn't measure, I just kind of picked)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
