I worked out 5 days this week. I've been eating better than I had before. I have been trying. Hard. And what do I get for my reward, a gain of 2.5 pounds. Granted last night's dinner choice could have been better, but... I have been trying.
*sigh*

I'm fairly certain that weight gain like that is perfectly normal since you will be building up muscle. I was told to look for signs of slimming down as opposed to numbers on the scale initially!
ReplyDeleteSo I wouldnt feel down. You've been doing great!! Im totally proud of you because losing weight sucks!
Thanks. <3 <3 <3 I feel like I look exactly the same.
ReplyDeleteIt's just so frustrating and it is even harder w/ PCOS to lose weight at all.
Why can't it be easier!?!
I dont know!! I wish it was believe me!!!
ReplyDelete:( Maybe I should journal my struggles with it as well. :( It's a terrible process lol
You should! It would be great to have someone I know who is also going thru this! I read a lot of weight loss journals, but it isn't the same as actually knowing someone...
ReplyDeleteOkay, I will. It will be nice to have the support of someone I know and not only that, but it will be nice to do it together.
ReplyDeleteIf you want, I can make a journal just for that reason? I'll do that and then I'll add you. Sound good? :)
YES DO IT! :)
ReplyDeleteTa-Daaaa!
ReplyDeleteOkay! I will use this one! :D
You've started weight training, so you've gained muscle. Don't worry about it. It happens to everybody.
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteI certainly hope so. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is. I've gained 5 pounds since starting P90X. Don't worry about it. It's all part of the process.
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the support. :) I appreciate it.
