I babysat today so there was no working out since I was gone from 8 am and didn't get home until pm.
Tomorrow, spinning class and hopefully the beginning of a 2 day juice fast.

handful of goldfish
turkey sandwich
dinner:
roasted chicken
stuffing
challah
(I know no veggies, all they had was green bean casserole which was creamy, ick)
dessert:
pumpkin pie and small scoop of ice cream
