I never made it to the gym this weekend. I just feel like crap. I'm exhausted. I slept Friday afternoon for 5 hours. I then called out of work Saturday and slept 12 hours. I slept 12 hours last night and didn't do anything today but sit on the couch. I'm just exhausted and my head and sinuses hurt and I just feel meh. Ugh.
weight today: 197 :( I felt really bloated and ick today too so that may have something to do with it, that and having my period. Ugh.
I wonder if I have some sort of sinus infection or something since I just feel like perma crap.
I did go out last night and it was ok. I did meet a guy who I am interested in.... but idk
