Headache fail

 I got nothing accomplished today b/c of my head.  Ugh.  It has been absolutely unbearable.  I have no meds and I have been trying to get through to the neuro and NOTHING.  Finally one of my roommates came home and had a leftover perc which saved me from death a few hours ago.  And he baked cookies and shared a bunch of mini Halloween cookies with me.   Ugh.  So no spinning tonight or good eating.  *sigh*

I did check out the Kick I.T class last night at the gym.  It's kickboxing with weight lifting interspersed.  It was tough but I made it through.  The hardest for me was the jumping jacks which I just can't do; too much pain on the chest.  :(

I hope tomorrow is better.
